Everybody knows what the clothing fashion is but few know that there is also a fashion of events! One of Your Fun Studio`s roles is to keep you updated with the last and future trends. The fashion of events includes elements related to the whole set of props and event logistics.

The season`s color

Starting with the color of the entrance carpet, continuing with the table decorations and the dancing floor, events tend to be dressed in a dominating color. This year we identified two main tendencies among our customers: those who chose discreet colors, very close to natural colors, showing a certain elegant pragmatism and those who opted for unprecedented colors, with neon or metallic accents, suggesting the orientation towards future and adjustment to the daily fashion. Both choices are ideal depending on the message that needs to be delivered.

The customer decides the color

Taken from the experience of Your Fun Studio`s founders, both the decision and the main event idea belong to the customer. Every client has his or her own company colors. It is recommended to respect them and starting from those, to create derived, complementary or contrasting colors in order to obtain the desired effect. Of course, we need to take into account the theme as it does make a difference whether we choose to reiterate the 20`s or fly into the future! Colors and decorations must be chosen accordingly to the proposed theme but manage to stay “in fashion”.

Which is the location? – That`s where the color palette can be found!

Highly important in organizing any type of event, the location can prove to be even more valuable should it match the event theme. Locations that have a strong personality – colors, furniture, decorations, lights of a certain fashion – shouldn`t be radically changed. That is why, the event organizers need to analyze every possible location and decide whether it is a good match right from the start. Compromising from the very beginning is not an optimal solution.

„Bling-bling” is ok

Contrary to certain opinions Your Fun Studio supports the following idea: “Color and decorations must match the event”. That is why if the theme of the party is “Disco” we automatically go for shiny decorations, a lot of silver and “bling-bling”. Also, if we organize a “Las Vegas” themed party, the golden accessories, the lights, luxurious decorations will prove to be used in the right place.

Take your head out of the box

In order to envision the infinite possibilities in organizing such an event, one needs to take their head out of the box and try something different! You will be surprised by the multitude of colors, themes that match your audience and how eager your guests will be to try something new.
